We bill all of our sculpture shipments at the freight cost that is billed to us by our shipper, Mainfreight USA. Currently, our freight cost on crated sculpture ranges from 8-10% of the average retail price listed on our website. Sculpture delivered to "zipcode surcharge locations"; e.g., rural locales, out-of-the-way destinations or requiring additional delivery services requires an additional 2% charge. We obtain a freight quote and review it with you for your approval prior to shipment of your sculpture.

Payment:

We accept checks, credit cards, PayPal and Amex. Payments are due when items are shipped. Foundry-ordered items require a 25% deposit at the time of order, with the remaining balance due in full when the finished sculpture ships from the foundry. Our current minimum shipping cost is $250 on crated sculptures shipped via common carrier. Small items are boxed and shipped via UPS Ground and billed to you at our cost.

Delivery:

Delivery service does not include installation. Since your sculpture will come to you in a wooden crate, we suggest purchasing 1 or 2 furniture moving dollies prior to the arrival of your sculpture to enable you to move it where you wish to place it.

Inspection upon delivery to you:

We ask that you inspect your sculpture upon arrival to ensure that it arrives safely. Please report any damage to the delivery person immediately and BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. If you are unable to uncrate and inspect your order upon arrival, please make the following notation above your acceptance signature: “conditionally accepted pending the unpacking and inspection of contents”. Please call us in the event you report damage.

Returns:

We will honor returns for any item within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be packaged and sent back to us in the original wrapping and crate. If you do not have the original packing materials, packing services can be hired locally to pack the items for return. We will arrange pickup of returned items for you. The costs we incur for shipping, insurance, crating and packing both ways will be deducted from the amount of payment remitted back to you.
