Bronze West Imports stands behind the quality of every sculpture we offer. Sculptures may be exchanged for full merchandise credit. If you prefer a refund, please note a 15% restocking fee will apply. All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To ensure safe transport, please re-crate or re-pack the sculpture securely in its original packaging prior to pick-up. Bronze West Imports will arrange the freight carrier and coordinate the pickup.
Damage or Defect
If your sculpture arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost. If you prefer not to receive a replacement, a full refund will be issued. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Receiving and Damage Inspection
- All delivered sculptures, whether in crates or boxes, should be inspected immediately upon receipt.
- Do not sign the delivery receipt until inspection is complete. The driver will wait for you to finish.
- If damage is found, note on the receipt: “This delivery is conditionally accepted to permit inspection of contents to determine if delivery-related damage occurred.”
- If visible damage is found, inform the driver that you decline to accept the delivery due to damage.
Bronze West Imports will collaborate with the shipping company to resolve damage claims.
Receiving, Moving, and Installing Large/Heavy Sculptures Safely
Large sculptures over 500 lbs., such as life-size horses or safari animals, require proper handling and equipment. Buyers must have the necessary skills and personnel to ensure safe off-loading, moving, and installation.
Bronze West Imports provides guidance and expertise but is not liable for accidents or damage from improper or unsafe procedures. For further details, see the "Shipping and Exchanges" tab on our homepage.
Customer's Obligation for Installation
Installation requirements vary by site. Buyers are strongly recommended to engage qualified landscape designers or architects. Bronze West Imports does not modify sculptures or install fixtures, but provides guidance to installation teams. Sculptures are for decorative purposes only and not designed for play.
The buyer is responsible for properly installing and securing the sculpture to prevent tipping or misuse and agrees to indemnify Bronze West Imports, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from negligent handling, improper installation, or misuse.
Indemnity for Unintentional Website Inaccuracies and Errors
By using this website, you agree to absolve Bronze West Imports from any liability or loss from use of information, products, or materials on the site. We are not liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
Bronze West Imports reserves the right to correct or cancel any transaction resulting from unintentional errors, including misrepresented product descriptions or pricing errors. Payment constitutes agreement to this clause. Orders may be cancelled due to supply disruption, item discontinuation, or quality issues, with deposits refunded in full.

- Improper or negligent installation.
- Misuse or failure to adhere to decorative purposes.
- Inadequate safety measures during handling or installation.
- Conditions causing harm to individuals, including children.
Purchasers assume full responsibility for safe installation, use, and care of purchased sculptures. Payment constitutes agreement to this clause.
