Thank you for your order with Bronze West Imports, Inc. Please read these important terms of sale regarding your bronze sculpture purchase:

Shipping & Delivery Time Estimates

Made-to-order sculptures usually ship from the foundry in 8-10 weeks. Delivery times may vary due to production backlogs at our bronze foundries, ocean shipping variability, and port-of-entry/US Customs delays. We will keep you updated if delays occur.

In-stock items ship from our warehouse in 5–7 business days and are delivered to most locations 3–5 days after leaving our warehouse. In total, expect your in-stock order to arrive approximately 8–10 days from placement.

We use professional crating and inspection services to ensure sculptures ship safely via FedEx with fragile packaging.

Variability in the Finished Sculpture Due to Hand-made Craftsmanship

Each sculpture from Bronze West Imports is handmade by artisans, resulting in unique pieces with slight variations in weight, dimensions, patina, and coloration. Minor blemishes and imperfections are common and reflect the handcrafted nature of bronze sculptures. Measurements are taken at the highest and widest points. Base dimensions are provided upon request.

Payment Terms

Bronze West Imports requires a 40% deposit for orders and a 50% deposit for special or custom orders. Final payment for in-stock orders is due upon shipment. Final payment for made-to-order designs is due when the sculpture ships from the foundry and is en route to the United States via ocean freight.

Payments for custom-designed sculptures follow milestones outlined in the production agreement. We accept credit cards, instant payment apps, ACH transfers, installment payments, and cleared checks.

Free Shipping in the Continental US

We package and ship sculptures through trusted freight and worldwide delivery services. Our delivery terms include:

Free crating and delivery to all business and residential customers in the U.S. lower 48 states.
Free liftgate service and delivery notifications where required.
For international shipments, free delivery to the nearest U.S. border location or port. Customers are responsible for all additional freight logistics, import duties, taxes, and fees.

Shipping and Delivery Services – Other Important Information

Small Sculpture – Generally Under 30"

Packed and shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground.
Normal delivery: 4–5 business days.
Tracking provided upon shipment.
Expedited shipping available at additional charge.
No special unpacking requirements.

Large Sculpture – Generally Over 30"

Professionally packed, crated, and inspected prior to shipment.
Fountains tested for proper functioning.
Shipped via freight carriers; local agents may assist with delivery.
Liftgate and rural delivery services provided at no extra cost.
Delivery completed when crate is dropped at destination; freight drivers do not move beyond drop-off.
Two flat dollies recommended for moving crated sculptures; hand tools required for disassembly.
Remove wrapping carefully by hand; do not use knives or cutters.

Special Handling

Instructions for large or delicate sculptures provided.
Customers must provide tools, equipment, and personnel for safe off-loading and installation.
Any delays due to site preparation or personnel are the customer’s responsibility; additional charges may apply.

Expedited Freight

Expedited shipping is available at cost, with no additional markups or fees.

Special Customer Delivery Requirements

Bronze West Imports can arrange local delivery, uncrating, and moving to final locations at cost.

Installation and Fountain Hook-ups

We do not offer local installation services due to unique sculpture requirements, but provide guidance and technical advice.
Hiring experienced landscape or installation professionals is strongly recommended.

14 Day Returns – Choice of Merchandise Credit or 15% Restocking Fee

Sculptures may be exchanged for full merchandise credit or returned for a refund with a 15% restocking fee if requested within 14 days of delivery. Recrate/repack sculptures securely for pickup.

Damage or Defect

If a sculpture arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund.

Provide the Lowest Price Found – we exceed advertised competitor prices; email quote or link for verification.
60-Day Price Match Guarantee – we match any lower price within 60 days of order.

Guarantee covers total delivered cost, including free freight and delivery. Exceptions include pricing errors or below-cost items.

Receiving and Damage Inspection

Inspect all delivered sculptures immediately.
Do not sign the delivery receipt until inspection is complete.
If damage is found, note on receipt: “This delivery is conditionally accepted to permit inspection of contents.”
Refuse delivery if sculpture is visibly damaged.

We will assist with damage claims with the shipping company.

Receiving, Moving and Installing Large/Heavy Sculptures Safely

Large sculptures over 500 lbs. require proper equipment and expertise. Bronze West Imports provides guidance but is not liable for accidents or damage during unloading or installation.

Customer's Obligation for Installation

Installation is site-specific. Engage qualified landscape designers or architects. We do not modify sculptures or install fixtures but provide guidance for proper installation. Sculptures are intended for decorative purposes only, not play. Customers are responsible for securing sculptures safely.

Indemnity for Unintentional Website Inaccuracies and Errors

By using this website, buyers agree not to hold Bronze West Imports liable for damages from website information. We may correct or cancel transactions with unintentional errors and will refund deposits if orders are cancelled due to supply or quality issues.

Important Indemnity Information – Please Read!

Purchasers agree to indemnify Bronze West Imports against all liabilities, damages, or losses arising from:

Improper or negligent installation.
Misuse or deviation from decorative purpose.
Failure to enforce safety standards during handling or installation.
Harm to individuals, including children, interacting with sculptures improperly.

Purchasers assume responsibility for safe installation, use, and care of sculptures. Legal defense costs related to claims are the purchaser’s responsibility. Payment constitutes agreement to these terms.
