• Sculptures purchased from Bronze West Imports may be exchanged for a choice of either full merchandise credit or a 15% restocking fee. Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Return freight and shipping charges will be paid by Bronze West Imports.
• Customers are responsible for re-crating and re-packing returned sculptures in original packaging or arrange to have a professional crating service re-pack and re-crate the sculpture to ensure safe shipping back to our warehouse.
