Sculpture Return
Bronze West Imports stands behind the quality of every sculpture we offer. If you would
like to make a change, sculptures may be exchanged for full merchandise credit.
If you prefer to return your order for a refund, please note that a 15% restocking fee will
apply. All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To ensure safe transport, please re-crate and/or re-pack the sculpture securely in its
original packaging prior to pick-up. Bronze West Imports will arrange the freight carrier
and coordinate the pickup for your convenience.
Damage or Defect
If your sculpture arrives damaged or defective in any way, we will replace it at no cost to
you. If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we are happy to issue a full refund. Your
satisfaction is our priority.
